                                                 Home Remedies

The following is a list of 151 natural, home remedies for everyday injuries, diseases, and ailments. All of the ingredients for the remedies are natural, and are available in most health food stores, and even some major supermarket chains. Many ingredients can also be grown at home, or are household products. These remedies, however, are not replacements for traditional medicine; they are just time and money saving alternatives. If there is a medical emergency, or symptoms persist for an excessive amount of time, please consult a doctor or go to the emergency room. The best medicine, however, is preventive medicine, so eat healthy, exercise, and take care of oneself before an illness takes hold.
